My sister graduated from Catholic University Columbus School of Law this past weekend. I made the below cake for a party thrown in her honor. It was peppermint white cake with white chocolate butter cream filling and chocolate fondant covering. The crest on the cover of the book is the university’s logo.

The below cake was commissioned for the baptism of a little girl. Her mother asked that the cake be designed to match the invitation for the event:

She also ordered coordinating cupcakes. The cake was lemon chiffon with raspberry butter cream filling and the cupcakes were vanilla with vanilla butter cream.
