Below is a cake made for a 40th birthday party thrown at a country club (thus the golf theme). It was a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling on the inside, decorated with vanilla butter cream (bottom tow layers) and fondant (top layer).

This cake, made for a bridal shower, was designed to match the invitation for the event:

The bottom layer was chocolate cake with raspberry filling and the top two layers were vanilla with blueberry filling. The cake was frosted with vanilla butter cream and decorated with chocolate fondant.

5 Year Anniversary Cake

I recently made the below cake for a 5 year wedding anniversary. The wife ordered it for her husband as a surprise. The cake was relatively small because it was only meant to serve their immediate family. The inside of the cake was orange chiffon cake with white chocolate butter cream filling.

Law School Graduation Cake

My sister graduated from Catholic University Columbus School of Law this past weekend. I made the below cake for a party thrown in her honor. It was peppermint white cake with white chocolate butter cream filling and chocolate fondant covering. The crest on the cover of the book is the university’s logo.

The below cake was commissioned for the baptism of a little girl. Her mother asked that the cake be designed to match the invitation for the event:

She also ordered coordinating cupcakes. The cake was lemon chiffon with raspberry butter cream filling and the cupcakes were vanilla with vanilla butter cream.
